One of the features of the Portal is integration with social networks (Twitter, VK and Facebook).

With the use of the Unified Portal Management Center, users have the ability to communicate with potential customers without having access to social networks. The platform allows users to upload and share posts, comments and personal messages from their respective social networks to the Unified Control Center thus allowing any user of the Portal to offer their answer. All answers are moderated by the Portal administrator and can be selected for publication on the wall in the corresponding social network on behalf of your account.

Thus, users of the Portal do not need access to social networks to communicate with your potential customers.

Agent application | Banking products delivery

Parcel delivery became more transparent and swift with the advent of courier application for tracking deliveries. Due to mapping feature of the app delivery managers got an opportunity to track the whole shipping process.

Smartphone compatible courier application allows to receive receipts about package delivery instantaneously with manager’s feedback. All in a real time manner. In addition, the mobile application ensures that all required information regarding the delivery is collected prior to its occurrence thus eliminating the need for unnecessary calls to clarify contacts and details of delivery.
